having been a government employee for a number of years....i know who works from the heart and who follows the 'sulsol' of advisers AND who is 'bobo na nagdudunong dunungan'!! makes me puke. aaaccckkkk!
we need a leader with a brilliant mind, and subordinates with more than brilliant minds too!!
