Muddy Weekend

Warning: If you don't like mud or getting drenched in the rain, then Mudpack Festival is not for you.

Here are some things i love aside from the most awaited clay body painting i posted earlier.

1. The ride going to Mambukal Resort, taking public transport with adventure seeking friends, having coffee in the corner and  sharing some good laughs...bumping into old friends was fun too (for me it's like i saw the whole republic of M already.lol).

2. The wide array of accessories made by locals.

3. Looking around for some random things.

4. Walking in the rain to appreciate the art installations lined up along the wet, mossy and cracked roads of the resort.

5. In the upper part of the resort, there is a community where plantation of these blooms abound. Having a rich soil and ideal weather, this place is a home to various species of flowers. In fact, the flower farmers in this community are the main suppliers of flower stalls along the public plaza in bacolod city.

6. Be amazed of the mud clad faces.

In this entry however, the merrymaking on the night of the festival was not covered. When i was way way younger (hehehe, as if i'm old na, hellow) i once experienced that but as i get older, the merrymaking is not for me anymore.

There goes my muddy weekend. See you next year mud.

Have a good night everyone!
