Lenten Tradition: {Good Friday} Silent Procession

To be honest, this is my second time to join the procession in my 33 years of existence. I am thankful to JITB who encouraged me to practice the tradition every year.

I regret bringing my Canon 1000D plus extra lens and Yongnuo Flash since I ended up using my Nikon S6200 point and shoot because I wanted to shoot discreetly while I went along with the procession.

How about you, how's your Lent going?

Morning Walk: Day 12 {Good Friday}

my walking buddies will go back to the US by the end of the month :(

Purple Kamote

young joggers! go go go

Day 12. Good Friday.

Today is the commemoration of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

Morning walk makes me very reflective.

Still, the 'losing weight' factor remains at the back of everything. Amazing views, capturing photos, peaceful mind and heart comes first.

Good morning everyone!

Sunset

How I wish I had a clear view of the sunset this afternoon. Deep orange, almost red horizon.

Morning Walk: Day 11 {Maundy Thursday}

Maxie!!!

Photo of Puto. lol!

Day 11. Maundy Thursday.

We were supposed to be heading in the highlands, but we decided to be there tomorrow or probably on Saturday.

Meanwhile, morning walk continues. The rays of sunlight is getting along with my reflective mood today.

Good morning everyone!

Keep safe.

From Ballet to Gadgets

The past few weeks our schedule has been focused in ballet class since the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet exam is getting closer. The kids has been working double time in mastering their precised movements and positions.

But knowing kids (especially my kid) they are always looking forward to play after class. And talking about playing, even before class they keep themselves preoccupied with gadgets. I don't mind giving her the freedom when it comes to gadgets, kids these days are more comfortable with the language of electronics and technology, for as long as they are guided properly, let them tinker and explore the world with gadgets.
