i finally tried this fried ice cream yesterday, i got the chance when i saw no queue around the cart. this has been in the city for a couple of months already, but since i'm a hater of anyplace and anything crowded, oh well...
i googled some procedures in making fried ice cream, this one is kind of different. ice cream is in liquid form, spread and hardened in this freezing sheet, then scraped into three or more pieces of rolls...
poured on some syrup of your choice and some toppings...
our Php50.00 fried ice cream yogurt, not bad in your pocket and taste good too.
