all wet. i have to hang mabe's clothes in the studio to dry up a bit. (took the photos with my new lomo effect apps)
sad to say, i experienced for a number of times how downtown bacolod looked like EVERY heavy downpour of rains. 1 to 2 hours of rain will make you curse on what kind of city officials does this place got. oh well, maybe they haven't experienced all the flooding or maybe they haven't seen the flooding at all. (you know, it is very hard for me to say something bad, i don't want to offend anybody, i have been working in the local executive office for ten years, guys, i know how things work.) so, please have some POLITICAL WILL, are you even aware of the term?
